It’s good. The staffs are great! A good examination center. It’s a very quiet and orderly Place. I will love to take all my certification exams here if possible.

Really nice and friendly environment!!! My classmates went to a D.C. location and they told us their experience was HORRIBLE and the people there were very rude. But I had a PHENOMENAL experience with the associates working at this location. They were very friendly, helpful and showed empathy the entire visit. I would go to this location in the future if I ever have to take a state exam again.

Staff called the day before to remind me of my appointment & check-in protocol. If your test is at 8am, try to get there around 715-720am so you can start on time or earlier. They were friendly, helpful & efficient with the check-in, breaks & check-out process.
You get a small locker to put your wallet or personal stuff. Lockers will fit a regular college notebook, small laptop, 16oz water bottle & some snacks. You have to wear your mask all the time but currently they are not doing finger prints. I recommend pants/shirt with no pockets if possible, trust me it helps save time when you are checking back in from your breaks. The testing computers are the 2000's Windows/Dell PC with wired keyboard & mouse and the temperature felt like around 71 - 73 degrees in the testing area. I would bring a sweater just incase.

The staff was fast and friendly. No problems with the facility they had lockers and the testing areas were clean need and organized. They got me in processed and taking the test in a very short amount of time.

Very smooth process, everything was explained very well, felt very comfortable during my test. It was a little chilly in the test room, but not too cold that you would need a sweater, but if you do get cold easily, I would bring a sweater or something similar. Easy check-out process. Overall, it was a great environment to take my test in and if I had to take a test there again, I would. Very clean bathrooms as well.

Great place for testing . Friendly and comfortable feel . I was nervous for the test but they made the process so much easier!
