Apparently this center has issues getting their proctors to come to work? There were several of us who were scheduled to test at 9 and of course be there by 8:30. 9:30 rolls around and there is still no one there. No email, call, text, or anything to show they were cancelling until I called the customer service number. She had no answers to why they didn’t come and could not reschedule the same day. I ended up rescheduling for another center over an hour away from me. Most of the people who were there had taken time off from work and had limited days to get their exams in (after the center has already cancelled on them 2-3 times already.) Do better guys.

The staff at this facility is very polite and professional. The testing room is very quiet and comfortable.

They have canceled my exam twice now. Most recently, they sent me an email at 3am letting me know my exam was canceled. No phone number to call included in the email. Worst service ever, took me 30 minutes on the phone to talk to someone who rescheduled it yet again.

This test center is by far one of the best that I have visited. I have to take several exams for my degree, and I will travel out of my way to come to this test center for each one. Each employee has always been nice and accommodating to me, and I have never once had a bad experience.

Test was cancelled twice by them. The second scheduled one was cancelled by them at 3am the day of the test via email. No way to talk to a human being who works for this company. Inexcusable!
