Very nice test centre! I've taken an exam there and it went ok. Staff is very kind and helpful. Actually I don't quite understand why this centre has an average below 4 stars (I genarally think it's underestimation :) )
What is important to note for people who come to this place is:
1) when you're getting of from the elevator on the right there is a reception (where you can leave your things)
2) You should pee before the exam (which is very important [however the staff is very kind and still will enable you to go to the toilet even when the exam is taking place :D ])
3) Main laguage used to communicate with other people there is english not polish (which is very logical ;) )

Nice place, friendly staff. I don't know the background, but some rules for the exams are funny and look like rudiment from the era when the internet has become available for everyone. The only thing is poor queue management: if you are lucky enough to be late but to get out of the elevator just when the administrator asks everyone to come in - you d be the first and will save half-hour - an hour on waiting. The equipment for the exams is not a brand new gaming PC, but decent for calls and using simple forms for inputs. I didn’t have any concerns for monitors or whatever else regarding the hardware

Generally ok, but... The monitors are fine, but, as other people noticed, there's something wrong with them. You can see ripples or moving stripes on the screens, which is very exhausting for eyes and generally annoying. Apparently, there's something with refresh rate or drivers (which may not be installed at all). Also, on speaking English exam, you sit in the same room where other people sit and take exams, so you can hear them talking, entering and leaving the room, which is not a big issue, but may be distracting for some people.

I was on the exam Language Cert here. Everything generally was ok, but the place management should improve the technical part. The computer monitors were very poor quality, internet connection was not good. Interlocutor has disappeared several times during online session. The staff was excellent, very friendly. It is really not a big money to make the update of the equipment. Please improve and develop. Thanks.

I was taking CFA level 1 exam in this place. The experience couldn't be worse. I live in Warsaw and I had to come to Cracow for this exam, take a day off from work, plan the trains, book hotels etc. Every candidate can pick a date from the available dates to take the exam. In May I picked 22nd of July, 8 am. The day before it, I got an email with change of the hour to 1 pm. This was a big deal because the exam lasts 5 - 6 h. I called Prometric to ask what is the reason for the change. They have told me that this is the owner of the exam who is responsible. I called CFA but I didn't get any information. However I think wasn't true, on the day of the exam, I came to Prometric 1.5 hour before the exam and heard 3 workers saying that this was their boss who wanted to change the hour of the exam for me.
During the exam the examiners were talking on the phone and with each other. The monitors are poor quality and taking into account 5 hours looking at them is very disturbing.
I regret taking the exam in that very place and I will definitely not do it ever again.
