I was hesitating to take my step 2 exam here because of the previous bad reviews, but it is a decent place with kind staff.

I do not recommend this testing center for your exam if you have the ability to choose another one. This prometric is located in a building and there is always outside noise that disturbs you. There was not good temperature control, and it was hard to breath there. The staff there did not allow my earplugs, as plugs were connected by a string (in other countries prometric allowed the same earplugs). After my suggestion to cut this string if they were concerned only about it, they said “ok, but we will report you”. LOL. They also asked me to put a signature for a 3 times as they thought it was not look like my real signature Prometrics in other countries left much more positive impression.

I took the GRE here today at a 9:00 am session. With the end of the Essay section, I started the quantitative section. An incredibly loud construction sound started right in the middle of the quantitative section and lasted about 1 hour. My quantitative section, followed by my verbal section, was ruined by these sounds. Naturally, I already lost all motivation in the exam. I cannot believe that they are not able to provide the necessary conditions for taking a test! I do not care who owns the building that makes this construction sounds. Prometric must provide proper exam conditions!!!!! My 260$ is garbage now. RECONSIDER TO TAKE AN EXAM HERE!!!!
