I have few words except, go to a different test provider altogether. After decades of testing and designations, it has been the worst experience. It’s pretty easy to run the online system check, be ready an hour in advance, and yet Pearson Vue cannot connect the actual exam. They keep apologizing and rescheduling me. (3x) Only to receive a case number an hour before my exam, they cancelled it on me and didn’t even call? New provider. I cannot explain such service.

Only putting 5 stars so it can be at the top. I scheduled a test and immediately noticed it was schedule the following day and not the following week. I reached out to customer service and they informed me that I am unable to reschedule the appt 24 hours before test date and I would not be getting my money back. They reached out to a supervisor and told me in can take up to a week for them to review my case. I find this very unprofessional because I had schedule the appt 2 mins before I contacted them.

Incident date - August 21st, 2021 My wife who has Cerebral Palsy came in to take a test. She has a doctorate in law and several masters degrees. Google keeps rejecting my previous posts so I will give the shortest answer I can. My wife asked to sit down and use the phone so I can get her from the testing center. The lady at the front would not allow it. This lady was rude and put my wife's disabilities on display for everyone in the room and got mad at my wife when my wife struggled. My wife told this woman that she didn't think she could stand and text/call. The woman at the front said "what do you mean you don't know" after embarrassing my wife. My wife went into the hall and ended up on the floor trying to get a hold of me. When I got to her she was still on the floor. After helping my wife up I went and told the woman behind the desk that my wife fell. The woman said with a smirk "Have a great day." My wife who has a doctorate in law told me that the lady could have put a chair out in the hall and allowed her to call or text and wait for me. She also said she was scared this woman would embarrass her more if she asked. This testing center did not follow ADA guidelines for "reasonable modification in policies, practices, or procedures." The woman at the front desk put my wife in danger. I am wondering what a lawyer, news stations, and governor Abbott would have to say about this!
