Really disappointed that I paid $125 and I had to wait in my car for an hour because they want to save on one sheet of paper. I would've happily paid $126 dollars instead, if it meant I didn't have to wait, full of anxiety, in the parking lot. The staff were mostly pretty friendly. Pretty typical of a pearson test center. Just not sure why they think printing a piece of paper is breaking the bank for them.

I usually never feel compelled to write a review, especially of a negative nature. I would give this location zero stars if I could. From the second I walked into the lobby to be checked in, I was treated with blatant disrespect; as were several other test takers. I encountered multiple employees during my testing experience, almost all of whom spewed completely uncalled for snarky remarks from the time I arrived, until I had finished my exam. You would think that during such a high stakes, stressful time for many test takers, you would at least be treated with some respect-- much less kindness. The only positive was my interaction with a very kind, friendly gentleman who briefly helped me get checked in. If you don't want the added stress of being belittled by the EXTREMELY rude employees right before your exam, DO NOT come to this location. I will never be back.

Was told masks were required but they did not have any. Would've been nice to know this ahead of time. Instead I had to leave, get a mask, then come back all before my scheduled test time. Dumb policy.

This testing center handled canceling my scheduled exam very poorly. I had an exam scheduled for 8am. There was inclement weather the day I had the exam and I was already hesitant to drive because this is the second time my exam got canceled due to weather and the last time I called to make sure they would somehow let me know if there would be a cancellation. The person I spoke with stated if I did not receive an email that I should plan to come. I left my house at 6 am and double checked my email with nothing that said it has been canceled yet. Got to the testing center at 6:45 am and I checked my email and sure enough… 6:37 am an email stated it has been canceled. I was supposed to be here at 7:30 and they sent an email less than 1 hour before the scheduled time. I don’t usually leave ugly reviews but I live 30 minutes away from the testing center in non icy conditions and it took me almost 1 hour to get there just to have them cancel on me last minute. Very unprofessional.

One star is too much… woman so rude and disrespectful, also very discriminating manner . She didn’t let us ask any questions, just told us to leave. She is an older heavy set short hair and glasses. She has no clued on how to treat the public. They need to let her go. This a our second time around with her. She should make us feel relax about taken the test. Instead of making us feel stressed and on easy.
