This location has very unprofessional staff and Pearson does a poor job warning us about mask rules. I went to this location because it was one of the closer ones to me. The person at the check in desk was completely unprofessional and barked at us to put away our phones like a bad teacher would to a group of 6th graders. On top of this, my name changed recently and I needed to update it in their system. I have had to go through this a couple of dozen times with various companies and government agencies including the State that this account is linked to. Beyond this, changing a name is the easiest thing to do as far as IT is concerned. The person there condescendingly told me to just make a new account. Mind you, this account is linked with a state account and my primary email account. So "just making a new one" isn't a doable option. And this is on top of the only warning about masking being enforced still was a sign on the door and they don't provide any. And again this woman was rude about it and I was there within the first 20 minutes of the day. I have come to expect how u professional people in these private education companies are, but I've had it. I've had to work in customer service where the expectation was that I'd be a doormat and even we were never unprofessional with people asking weird or unusually or downright stupid questions.
