Wonderful and friendly staff made my testing experience pleasurable. They were very conscientious about virus protection protocols and had hand sanitizer aplenty and the testing station was clean and even had little disposable cloth booties on the noise canceling headphones. Thankfully I passed my test but I would have been pleased with the staff and location anyway. Make sure to get a picture of the Hungry Hungry Hippos fountain while you're there and take the stairs if you need some exercise. I'll definitely be going back to this location for more testing.

This Pearson testing center is what you'd expect from any Pearson center: professional. I have few pointers for all of you future test takers. First park in the parking lot immediately after the Citibank lot (see picture). Walk past the hippo pond (again, see picture) and take the elevator to the 4th floor. You'll enter in the big green door (picture) and head to the end of the hallway to the Pearson room. You should know about the rules about testing procedures from their website so I won't reiterate. As a whole my testing experience here was just Ok. I think mostly because of the baldheaded gentleman at the desk when I arrived for my Noon test on this date of posting. He was condescending, arrogant and rude both at the desk and later after my test was completed. Instead of verbalizing instructions he just stood there 3 feet away and pointed as if I knew what he wanted me to do. I will never test here again, and will advise others to avoid it solely because of how this gentleman treated me. The other 2 individuals there were polite and professional at all times. I feel sorry for them and the company honestly. Would be 5 stars if not for the baldheaded guy.

Not hard finding the place. 4th floor by the hippo pond. Green door that has many rooms. Just keep going till you find the suite listed. They take their guidelines very seriously. Front desk person was alright. Testing in general was fine.

There’s nothing wrong with the location or testing center. However there is one gentleman named Magdy or something of that nature who was very condescending, discouraging and rude. I came in, he looked at me, placed a flier on the front desk, and briefly left the room. He then made a frustrated remadk over why I wasnt reading the flier he had placed on the desk, though he hadn’t prompted me to do so. Definitely not what I wanted to run into before taking an exam. Other than that, the location is fine. Employees are just rude.
