Location itself is easy to find and parking is plentiful. Both waiting rooms and exam room were very clean. I was on crutches and the staff were SO kind in carrying my stool in and out of the room, opening doors and anything else I needed help with. They were very attentive and kept asking if I was comfortable/needed anything which is so refreshing especially during a stressful time of testing taking. I interacted with at least four staff and each person was equally professional and courteous. Would definitely use Pearson in Milpitas again.

Pearson’s customer service is really awful. Had technical isssues twice in my online tests, and is super slow in responding to refund requests. Still haven’t got reply after 3 weeks.

Very regimented testing facility. As you would expect it to be. Don't even pretend to break rules or manage more than your knowledge of the test you came to take.

Highly recommend, free parking, super nice staff, super clean. It was a perfect place to take an exam, ask for inear buds before starting exam. They allow eye drops during exam, so take them. 3.5 hours went by fast.
