Gave me the wrong test, and refused to refund me!!! This company is greedy and unhelpful.
I showed up for my test and the front desk asked me if this was for “out of state real estate license” and I said “no, I don’t want that exam. I need to take the AZ real estate sales exam”.
Rather than correcting the mistake, they told me to take my exam anyways. They still gave me the wrong exam, and so I had to pay for ANOTHER exam to take the correct one this time.
I spent hours on the phone trying to get a refund, because I have zero use for the out of state exam they mistakenly gave me.
They never returned my calls or even updated me via email about my claim. And in the end, they still never refunded me.
Pearson Vue, I know that you have insurance and writing off a $75 loss is not going to hurt your company like it has hurt me! I will never use this testing center again.

I took my CPIM Part I Exam at this location. The staff was friendly, professional, and proficient. The team managed a strict protocol with lots of rules and supervision, but I understood since this is a proctored test environment. I’m in the military, and I am used to following several guidelines. The lobby area was clean and organized. The lobby was filled with lots of customers, but the staff did a great job of minimizing my wait time. The team also did a thorough job of explaining every step along the way to establish expectations. The testing area was tranquil and even offered noise-canceling headphones. The test proctor was also helpful and answered all my questions to put my mind at ease before the exam began. No complaints here, a suitable environment that didn’t distract me from passing my exam!

I took my nclex here and everything was smooth. The staff was very friendly and helpful which helped calm my nerves because I was very nervous. They have noise canceling ear phones or ear buds to help block out noise during the exam. Its not too loud but there's people walking in and out of the testing area as they're ready or done for their tests, so that's as loud as it gets. Just follow the exam etiquette- no talking,
reading questions out loud, lock up your items (hats, phones, etc), and (they also had me pat myself to make sure I wasn't sneaking stuff in to cheat) everything will be fine. Would definitely recommend, hopefully I don't have to retake my exam but I would come back here if I needed to.

Temmy told me I would get a refund due to my situation. This company is money hungry.
