Very bad experience. The test proctor would not get me during my allotted test break time. By the time I was allowed to exit the room, I had little time for the break, and to go to the bathroom. After rushing back to the test center, the door was locked behind me! I could not get back into the test center, and had to wait for someone to open the door for me. By the time I started my test again, I had already lost significant time on what is a very time sensitive test. I highly suggest anyone reading this review to schedule your test at another location.

When I took my exam it was very hot in the facility, like 73-75 degrees! I was already sweating from stress so the heat wasn't very appreciated. Other than the temperature, the testing center was good. Staff were nice and through. They let you into the exam room one at a time, on a first come first serve basis so get there early if you want to get started on the test ASAP.

I had an overall good experience taking the test here.
Everyone was very nice!
The only thing I didn’t like was that they were sending people out to read some instructions on the entrance door. They should just tell people the instructions verbally or put them on the walls inside. People would just go out and come back to the center and no one would read anything ?

Be prepared to spend hours of your time trying to get your exam scheduled. Also be prepared that their technology might not work and your exam will get cancelled. I have never had more trouble getting assistance from a customer service group, nor have I been transferred to so many teams who all claim that I called the wrong number, etc. Different reasons every time...
If I could have done my certification through another testing agency, I absolutely would have done that, instead of try and deal with this group again.

Horrible customer service. Been on hold for more that 4 hours in the last week. No email no communication between client and company. Service techs can not help you with n any way shape or form. I wish there was any other company I could deal with so I didn’t have to go through them.

My only time there and I will avoid ever going back. I have been to many Pearson VUE centers for exams and never have I had such bad service as I did today....
