Very unprofessional. I had multiple issues with the staff in the place. When a mistake was made regarding my test time, instead of investigating the issue the staff member intrupted my exam to argue with me multiple times. Luckly I still passed my exam but there was much added stress both during and after the exam..
It took about 40 minutes for the staff member to process me and the 8 people before me into the exam room.
This same staff member was unaware of the rules pertaining to me and delayed my break so she could be sure.
When I requested additional information about the errors that were made by the staff, I was informed by multiple parties that it would be provided to me and it never was.

Needed to reschedule an appointment and phone number leads no where. Automated message does not accept v-mail and no one picks up all day.
