The two women running the show on Saturday were excellent. So friendly and efficient. They only have one person checking everyone in but she did a great job considering how many people were there. Downside is obviously parking.

Surprisingly, this testing center has a nicer staff compared to other Pearson testing centers I've visited in the area. Place is clean and set up in a way that doesn't make you feel intimidated.

Great overall experience and thought it would be beneficial to balance out the negative reviews. Firstly, the building and office spaces are very clean with meticulous focus on Covid precautions. The temperature, noise level, and equipment were all above satisfactory. On top of that, the staff was exceptionally nice! Thank you.

Had a great experience taking a test here. Staff let us in 45 min before exam, and was overwhelmingly friendly and polite. Recommend this site!

Expect to wait a ridiculous amount of time because only one person will be working at the front desk. I arrived 30 minutes before my exam and 14 people were head of me. It took 60 minutes for the front desk to get to my number.
Then when I finished my exam the proctor told me to go to the front desk to get my paperwork. The lady was not there, I stood and waited 20 minutes before going to get the proctor.
Bethesda or the Columbia locations are recommended over this one.
