I was supposed to take a test here, that was already paid for, on August 2. I got to the testing site to be told that they had internet issues for the past 5 days so they didn't receive a test for me to take. Guy gave me his number and name to give Pearson Vue for any complications when rescheduling. I made a case that same day with Pearson Vue and they said they just have to wait on the testing site response to verify the issue. It has been 2 weeks tomorrow and there is still NO RESPONSE from the testing site. It's completely unacceptable to take that long for a verification, especially since I've paid for a test I haven't gotten to take yet. I will not be rescheduling at this site.

Great place to test at. Staff was great, they were friendly and welcoming. Place was clean and quiet. Computers were nice, dividers were used and they had lockers available for use. Only thing I had issue was trying to find it. It was located in a business development with multiple businesses. Had to look around to find it located on 2nd floor. But other than that great place to take an exam.

I scheduled everything online so I cannot speak to their phone availability, but everything went very smoothly. People there were very friendly and helped me with several questions about my test and the process. Would recommend.

These guys are SO helpful and polite and really have a way of calming you before testing. They answered the phone in a timely manner and were very patient with all of my questions.

Staff was very friendly. They took all the COVID-19 precautions and testing was comfortable.
