All the people here were very nice and pleasant! I didnt experience any issues testing here (for MCAT). You can write on the notebook during the tutorial too, or at least I didn't have a problem with doing it. It was cold in the test room so make sure to bring a jacket.

Took a proctored exam here in August 2022. Parking was a little tricky to find close to the building.
The test center is up on the 4th floor, and a bit uninviting aesthetically...but it's not like you come here to relax or anything. Staff members were all polite and efficient. They will give you a small locker to store your belongings while you test, but it's better to come with as little as possible since you cannot take much into the exam room anyway. It was relatively quiet and I had no issues concentrating, or any technical issues that made it inconvenient.
Overall, I would recommend this testing center for any exams required to go through Pearson Vue.

I don’t believe I’ve ever met anyone as rude as the lady at the front desk with her eye brow pierced. They are requiring masks and instead of providing one they made me go to Walgreens and buy a mask when they had a box right behind the counter. She then proceeded to tell me to go to the bathroom to wash my hands. Very rude and disrespectful. She is worthless
