Fingerprints were done, money paid, Pearsonvue never turned in my prints and it’s been a month since they were completed. My license is held up and there is no way to contact anyone. No voicemail or online links to call someone. Really do not deserve even one star. This has really caused a problem for my professional licensing.

Not a pleasant experience!
Had to come in and get my fingerprinting done. Drove 45 minutes to get there, and they said face masks are required. Wasn’t told that in my email, wouldn’t have been a problem except they refused to provide me a face mask and said “you can go and get one from across the street” even though that place no longer sells them. Rule of thumb, if you’re gonna require it please make sure to provide some for those that didn’t bring one. Won’t be coming here again

Took my daughter to take her test here! The people are horribly rude!! I understand to get off my phone. As soon as I saw the kids in next room testing I apologized left my purse with my daughter. It was an important surgery/ cancer type call so I went outside. Then she comes outside tells me to get my purse! Then tells me to wait outside too emotional for test takers in the other room!!! I was not talking!!! No thank you no please you would think an elderly women would know! My grandma sure enforced manners! Strongly recommend not going here for testing!!!! They would get students all upset before they even take a test !

Absolutely worst experience! The African American woman was terrible and completely rude and uncalled for. Called Pearson Vue and reported her after I was rudely talked down to and searched. I’ve never in my life been spoke to or treated the way that woman treated me. TSA airport security is less than this treatment. WILL NOT EVER be going back to the Gainesville Location.
