Don't set up a proctored exam to take from home. I waited for half an hour and they didn't even show up. My employer paid for the exam and I'm simply trying to reschedule but no one is answering the phone in their customer service. This is beyond ridiculous!!

Staff turned me around even with the alternative identification . I ran home to get my license I did t realize it wasn’t in my wallet . With all the anxiety I came back 2 minutes pass testing time and they refused me . If I didn’t have to park my car I would have made it . Not a good look I spent 150$ for a test that can’t be refunded back to me or even rescheduled and now I’m feeling defeated . Contacted customer service waiting for an outcome beware with taking test there is no sympathy for you …. It sucks when life is already hard and somebody kicks you all the way down . I tried so hard not to cry , my face was already fluttered I felt my soul leave my body .

This is the most unprofessional facility I have ever visited. Upon entering I was told that I needed a mask. I advised that neither the state nor federal government were requiring masks and the idiot at the front desk went off on me that I had agreed when I registered for my test. There is nothing on any documentation received that REQUIRES a mask and documentation they provide when you enter the facility (see photo) states that masks are "recommended." A simple "this company still requires masks" without the a$$hole attitude would have sufficed.

Staff was very polite and informative to the process; the testing room and materials are CLEAN!!!!
However, it will be my first time and LAST time taking a test here. The noise level was just too much!
Could hear the 2 employees at the desk talking- you can hear their full conversation plus loud laughing. Someone came into testing center to VACUUM which everyone in the testing room could hear CLEARLY, you can hear their cells or the location phone ringing and them speaking on the phone. You can hear everything going on outside the room which was a MAJOR distraction. Nice people but not the best place to take a test if you need to concentrate.
